The Usage of Medium Frequency Induction Smelting Furnace in Mineral Ore Dressing Plant

Introduction:

Medium Frequency Induction Smelting Furnace is composed of: 1pcs of medium frequency main power;

1pcs of medium frequency induction compensation capacitor extension; 1pcs of furnace (fixed or

dumped)2pcs water cooling cables.

Working Principle:

Adopted Siemens IGBT power all-solid-state inverter module technology, strong frequency induction

heating device output current generates a strong magnetic field through the induction coil. Under the

action of the magnetic field, eddy current is formed on the heating surface, to heat the workpiece

rapidly.

Performance Features:

1. Quick heating: the fastest heating is less than one second, and the heating rate is adjustable.

2. Energy saving & environment friendly: thermal efficiency is more than 95%, the perfect alternative for

silicon, gas, coke, and electric stove.

3. Safety and reliability: over-current, phase failure, water shortages, over-voltage, short circuit and

overheat protection.

4. Small footprint: less than 1 square footprint, and light weight for mobility.

5. Simple installation & operation, water and power supply is enough, no need for commissioning.
